Probably 5 loads a week or so. We haven’t had any issues, worked great from day 1. Easy and fast delivery, and we love it!

The lid has to be placed down and then back up before starting a new load.

It wash one load had the soak button off but it went on soaked anyway. Then later it drained out add more water stared washing clothes started making a steaking noise. Washing machine stopped when its done washing clothes it rinsed and spin. I try to put a load of towels in it would fill with water.the fill button started blinking.

The features are so percise + i never thought to 2nd rinse or spin +drain b4 now also to add frabic softener in the agitator is ideal.. happy to have made this purchase for myself..
