      Hi - Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments and concerns on your new GE washer. We are truly sorry you are finding the unit complicated to use. We can certainly understand how you might feel somewhat overwhelmed by the many features the new models offer. On your model, you do have the option of choosing your water level size - Small, Med, High and Max which you would choose depending on your load size. Many of the settings can be selected and used on every load so you don't necessarily have to make adjustments to the settings each time.     This GE washer does a great job cleaning clothes but it's very loud. Best Buy sales guy said he has this one but it's in his garage so the noise isn't an issue for him. It was for us so we sent it back for an LG model with anti vibration.

    One month in and quite happy with this purchase. Especially like the water levels which are accurate along with the different clothes settings. Speed Wash is a nice bonus setting. Learned that a very light finger tap is all that is needed to turn on washer; otherwise all works very well

    I like this washer because I can adjust the water level and I wash every day. I have a dog so I wash his blankets and towels, etc. and my other washer has HE but I could not control the water level. It also has a setting for a speed wash when you are looking for a quick small wash. Overall, seems to clean pretty well.

    This washing machine does a great job of cleaning efficiently, but it took some getting used to before I was sure I liked it. It uses a lot less water and is slower to get through the entire cycle. Wish the delivery guys had stuck around long enough to show me how to use it.
