I am very pleased with our new washer. Unfortunately, our delivery experience was no so wonderful. We had issues with product availability, as the installers came without the washer on the first attempt. Once located, it took a couple of tries to get both the washers and installers to com and finish the job. Customer service worked hard to finally solve our problems.

It’s not even a month yet. I like what I see just now. I I noticed when I tried to wash on gentle , it doesn’t come on. Maybe I was doing something wrong. I will try again.

Works great and would definitely recommend and purchase again.

We needed a basic not over complex washer and this fit the bill and works great!

Only had it a couple of months and so far it is fine. Have had trouble with new GE appliances lately (microwave and a cooktop), so the jury is still out on this product.

Easy to use. Works well. Large stainless steel drum for the big loads.

Great delivery service. They set up the new washer and showed the basic operating features. The start button sometimes sticks, just have to watch starting.

Works great, especially with the multiple setting usages and capabilities. The precise fill allows for efficiency and cost-saving.

Just looking for a basic model, but this has many nice features that I really like. The "Quick wash" feature really does a load of wash quickly. (Although its best used for not heavily soiled clothing.) And the "precise fill" feature does just that It measures out the right amount of water, so you're not wasting water. Oh, and it get your clothes really clean, too

I thought I had large washers in the past, but this thing is huge! It's the closest thing I can find to an old school top loader with an agitator. It's technically an "HE" washer, but that's only in the "Precise Fill" setting that can be safely ignored since you can set the water level manually (low, med, high, max).

We purchased this washer to replace an LG direct drive unit that never worked right. It was rare that’s the LG would complete a cycle without shutting down because it was UnBalanced, causing us to use far more water than with this GE model. The delivery crew was outstanding, going above and beyond during the COVID situation. Overall we are very pleased!!

This washer is just what my wife wanted. It is more a mechanical washer than an electronically control one. This means she can easily determine what it is 'complaining' about if and when something isn't working right. Up to this point we have had no issues or problems show up, for which we are grateful. Great machine, exactly what we needed.

This GE washer replaced another GE washer I had for 12 years. This one has a larger tub and is able to handle my blankets and towels without shaking if they get unbalanced. It seems to correct the balance automatically. So easy to use and I am very happy with GE products.

My wife is very happy with the washer. She like the fact it has an agitator.

So far it does a great job . Wife uses it every day.
