    As others have mentioned, during the spin cycle the unit easily gets out of balance and you have to rearrange the articles being washed. It’s primarily towels and sheets. Having owned 2 GE washers the past 25 years and never having this problem, doesn’t make sense that GE can’t produce a reliable product.

    In need of a washer, our old one went bye-bye. This washer was a good deal for a quick fix, it certainly does the job that our other top load washer did, although it bit small in cu ft (which we knew beforehand) it is working out really well.

    Very good washing machine, it has diferent settings like bulky items, jeans, towel/sheets, 2nd rinse, 2nd rinse extra spin, auto soak, 15 min, 30 min, 1 and 2vhrs. Also, sensing fill and a pause to open and close the lid.

    First, I bought a set of Maytag and its $200 more than the cost of this set of GE, maytag i a bit quite but it never clean the laundry the way you expected, so i did returned the maytag before the store 14 days returned policy.

    Very happy with the machine but it is pretty loud. This is not a deal breaker but much louder than my old machine. I really like the ability to pick the water level and speed wash.
