excellent service from ordering to service person coming (very friendly- explained a lot to us) to walking away all within 45 minutes.

Broke 2 years after purchase. Bolt to agitator broke off in the washer. Repair guy said it would cost $415 to fix it.

Great! This is the only washer I found that allows the user the option of manually setting the water level. My old washer had only automatic sensor for water level, and it never added enough water. My clothes now smell clean in addition to looking clean.

Works fine. Not the one I originally wanted due to the size of my laundry closet, had to downsize with this washer.

No complaints at all. I was very impressed at how large the inside was and all the features that it has.

This washing machines makes very loud notices and moves very slow on! If I put a small blanket and a couple of towels the machine starts jumping and makes a very loud noice. It is large capacity washer but it doesn’t do well when you put a full load. Will not recommend

We've had our washer for about a month, and loving it! This is a great washer for the price. It has plenty of options, and I absolutely love the multiple water levels!

All the features I wanted, quiet and washes a load in no time. I ditched the electronic model because it would take two hours or longer

So far so good. The machine has a wide variety of options and my wife likes the water fill capability. Much better then the last machine.

It is the best brand I could have chosen, I can wash my duvets without any problem since the capacity of the washing machine allows me, and at a good offer price

got this washer to replace the one I had prior which was basically the little brother to this one and I can say I do love this a lot more features then the other one I had. not loud and get the job done

Washing machine washes well, but when it is in agitation mode, it is extremly loud.

DON’T buy!!!! I previously had a GE washer set this level and it was good. This is junk! Always goes off balance and it’s level. Doesn’t get clothes clean. Worse agitation, only one level of agitation for all cycles. Drum making noise, it’s less than 1 yr. old. Normal wash noise is just AWFUL. I’m done with GE products. I have 5.

I really appreciate this washer! I like being able to choose the water level & the choice of wash cycles. Clothes really come out very clean & very ready for the dryer.

I doesn't think it was this big or had as many cycles/ options. Pleased so far.

We were looking for a mid-price washer and this one met the criteria. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. It works quietly, and it has been a very nice purchase. We use it a lot as well (many washing cycles).
