Love my new washer , the agitation is great ! The newer appliances tend to lack what the older ones were good at which is actually washing clothes , this one meets my needs !!

So far, good! Haven’t had it very long but like it a lot. Not a lot of bells and whistles to complicate things but plenty of settings and choices. Quiet, efficient. As of right now, I would recommend.

This GE washer was a replacement for another name brand that lasted about 14 months! Very pleased with this washer. So many cycle choices. The warranty was a game changer

This washer replaced a 25+-yr-old one that had died. We're very impressed. It's got more interior volume within the same exterior size as the old one. It's very quiet. We're hoping that the extra water efficiency will help lower our utility bills, but that's TBD.

Love the new washer and dryer. It is a basic model but still has so many functional settings for all you clothing needs.

Allows manual water level choices, not just "water saving" or large. This choice allows clothes being clean and towels without soap build up. Lots of cycle settings also.

Ok but not great. Have started to use the extra rinse feature as I’m not sure that it agitates enough to rid itself of soap. Do not like the lack of features, no soap dispenser. Dryer dials are too large and difficult to turn if you have arthritis however washer dials are much easier to operate. Dryer lint trap leaves something to be desired. Does not pick up lint like the old Samsung did.

We've had this washer for almost two years and it has been great for us. No issues, plenty of settings to choose an efficient cycle. Would but this again.

Good machine overall. Water fill levels seem low but machine does a good job of cleaning the clothes. Heavy items do not spin well and require longer dryer times. Overall, it is a good machine for the money.

Bought a GE washer a little shy of one week and so far so good. It works well but the machine is a little louder than usual during the spin cycle. It might be the motor itself. Other than that, I’m content with my purchase.

Was in a pinch for a washer dryer combo, made my order online we great . Had a mix up on dryer bought gas needed electric, they worked with me to locate dryer at another store, I was able to pick it up same day everything worked out great thanks to very helpful staff.

I love this machine. It has manual knobs and every feature you could want in a washer. I get to decide the water level. The machine does not vibrate. My clothes come out cleaner. The wash cycles take less time than my previous washer.

I am totally happy with my new washing machine. Delivery was punctual and installation was quick. Have no complaints

Great washer. Easy fill sensor so it only puts enough water in to do the load. No guessing how big the load is. Best buy set it up perfectly and showed us how to work it. They carted the old washer away and didn't scrape or dirty anything while doing it. A+

It's already malfunctioning after only 6 months. It's going from start to rinse as soon as we start it. The hot water setting is putting out cold. Tried resetting fuse, unplugging etc... to no avail....changing settings everything. Likely going to have to call GE and have it serviced this weekend under the 1 year warranty. :-( Not happy.... with these computerized washing machines...more likely to have issues in my opinion. I like the old manual ones best... should have gone the the amana cheap brand I think

Awesome washer, many options for different loads. Washes my heavy blankets with ease.

This was a replacement for a front load washer. So far we've been very satisfied with this washer. Really like the ability to adjust the water level.

What a wonderful purchase, is quieter than my wife, shh. Delivery guys were also very helpful with taking the empty boxes.
