Washer was a great value for the money, in stock and delivered on time, takeaway of the old washer was great. I supply all of my rental homes with appliances from Best Buy, they alway have product and the prices are competitive

Excellent machine, lots of settings to tailor each wash to your needs. Huge drum too so you can fit lots in and the cycles are fast without compromising the quality of the clean!

No drain hose included. Otherwise, it's a washer. Gets my clothes clean. So far, everything I've put in dirty has come out clean. Wet, but clean. Don't spring for the install. Just get the delivery unless you are physically weak, like me. The very nice delivery people discovered upon arrival and opening the box that the drain hose was not included. Therefore, they could only take the washer to the basement and could not hook it up. They looked to see if the drain hose on my previous washer that they were taking away would work, but that one was internally attached - not the same attachment process. The geek squad wouldn't be coming for 2 weeks, so I went to the hardware story, bought a drain hose, looked in the manual how to set everything up and did it myself.

We bought this washer for our new home and we love how spacious it is. We like how many features it has and it's clean look without being super expensive or over the top.

We have had this for about a month. Everything works well. We like the fact that this give you the option to choose your water levels whereas most of the new models only have the auto-fill option.

Washer is very efficient and reliable. Would definitely recommend. It has different settings for your different types of loads.

There are many options to choose from when you have a load of clothes to wash. Water depth, temperature, soak or not and how long, spin etc. I don't mind doing laundry with this machine!

machine is good, how ever the delivery was poor. they forgot to bring hook up hoses therefore they could not connect my machine. I'm still waiting to get reimbursed for the hoses and installation

We bought this to replace a washing machine that died unexpectedly. It’s been a total lifesaver. It’s quiet, large, and simple. My kids do their own laundry. What more could you ask for??

Automatic water level seems to work well and saving a ton of water compared to old machine. I’d load is unbalanced it tries several times to readjust and spin - most of the tine it wins but would be helpful to have a spin-only option to do it myself.

Our last washing machine seemed to leave detergent residue on our clothes despite using minimal detergent and using a second rinse. This washing machine does not have that problem. It does run loud, but clean clothes is a good trade-off for this.

So far so good! The noise level surprised me. All the clunking worried me but a recording at the G.E. website let me know that it was normal for that washing machine. I closed the laundry room door
