+ Cleans clothes thoroughly!
+ Great to have more thorough rinse options!
+ Does not leave laundry detergent residue! (this replaces our 7 month old Whirlpool WFW5605MW Energy Star front loader which we finally figured out toward the end that it leaves our washed clothes needing to be rinsed out again several times in the bathtub)
? this could use some kind of spray in the rinse cycle to tamp down the remaining suds (we've taken to skimming them off with a cup)

Adjusting to less water in my new HE machine. Washes great every time. Great customization on fill levels. Keep towels and bedding to separate loads. Extra spin only cycl we if needed.
We're glad to hear that your washer is working as expected. This top load washer with water level control and Extra Rinse option allows you to use as much or as little water as necessary to get the perfect clean. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home.

The waasher gets stuck between cycles and doesn't fill all the way up with water.
We'd like to help out with the pauses between cycles and go over the fill level. For the interruptions during the cycles, we recommend trying an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. It can also be normal to notice pauses at the begging of cycles and during the spin cycle, as the washer will stop for a moment to sense the load or remove soapy water. This model is also a high efficiency model, so it can be normal to notice a smaller water level. HE models provide the same level of cleaning as traditional models, but with less water used. You can view additional troubleshooting by checking our article titled "Top Load Washer - No Fill" on our GE Appliances website.

I really like this washer. It has a large tub, is fairly quiet, and easy to use. The only issue I've had is that when using auto for the Water Level Control, the machine tends to use very little water, and I wasn't sure the clothes were rinsing well. The problem is easily solved by just designating the water level manually. A good machine, and I would recommend it to others.

Best Buy team professional. Took measurements made sure appliance fit. Then delivered as promised. I should have selected Best Buy initially and would have avoided drama. I will buy another appliance. We love our GE washer!

This affordable and efficient machine is great! The size, the quality, and the features are all worth it! Clothes come out clean and did I mention how quiet it is??

This is an incredible machine! My son calls it the Rolls Royce of washing machines. It does a great job of washing, has a large capacity and sets up everything for you.

This washer has been working very well for us. It has ample settings to adjust your cycle to your liking. It has been working perfectly in the few weeks we have had it.
The 4.5 cu.ft. tub easily holds our queen size comforter or large clothes loads.
During the spin cycle it does a good job of balancing loads so the tub does not bang the sides of the machine while spinning. Our old machine did that frequently and it's very annoying. I would buy this washer again, and recommend it.

Been waiting for this washer to be available since it was the only washer that would fit through my small door. My first time using it was with 3 weeks worth of clothes, it was pretty packed but it fit everything!! Probably would not try to fit in 3 weeks worth of clothes again though haha. I dont have any complaints so far, but we'll see how it does as time goes on

Excellent clothes washer, controls very responsive, and the spin cycle leaves the cleaned items close to dry, so less time needed in the dryer. It is a bit noisier than the Maytag we replaced.
