My new washer has a big tub. You can even wash comforters and things that I was not able to wash before in my old washer. So far so good,
it’s a great washer!!

This washer performs well. I really like the detergent dispenser drawer. No more putting detergent in with the clothes which has a chance of not dissolving. I like being able to see what's going on through the glass lid.

So far this washer seems to be doing great. I live the fact ot has a sanitize setting. Its pretty quiet
The cons the tub ia a lil deep which makes it harder for a short person but i will manage. Also the newer washers tend to not fill with wayer unless lid is locked and i like to be able to rinse my laundry cup out so thats a hige negative to me but other than that the eqsher has been great. Although ive only had it 3 days so of course it would be doing great

This machine is doing well after 2 weeks. I have read other reviews that say it is loud...I don't think so. I am trying to get used to the water sensor, as it seems to fill a little less than is needed. Our clothes are coming out clean and the spin cycle gets the water out. Good purchase so far.

It's a good washer, but the thing is it bounces a lot while it is doing it cycle. Good thing we got extra warranty just in case anything happened. I'll keep you updated.

I’ve had the machine less than 2 months. It cleans fine, however it becomes off balance often. To the point that I just asked if I could return, but can’t as I’ve had it over 15 days. I’ve had so many washing machines over the years and I’ve never had one go off balance like this. Small and larger loads. I go back in when wet to try move things so will balance.
We would like to help with the out-of-balance condition your washer is detecting. The spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When the washer tries to redistribute the load, the Rinse light will be illuminated solid while the Spin light blinks. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393. Joyce@GEAppliances

Great washing machine, we had our last one without a center agatator and constantly had issues. This machine works great. Lots of settings and easy to use.

This washing machine make loud noises and is not suitable for use on main floor of the home. I would not recommend it. Had the Bestbuy service team / geek squad come and check the noise and they said nothing can be done for the noise. Other than the noise, the machine is working fine so far.
We would like to provide some troubleshooting tips to help alleviate the sound of the washer. Firstly, make sure that all four rubber leveling legs are firmly on the ground and that your load is balanced. If it isn't, pause the cycle and manually redistribute. Lastly, check out washer sounds on page 27 in your use in care manual. If this information isn't helpful, then service is needed and can be set up via our website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.

So far this washer is doing what it’s supposed to do. We like that we can see how the clothes are washed and it is figuring out the water level
To use and the time to wash
