Posted .We are sorry to hear that your units have been noisier than expected and that the signal is not loud enough. We would like to help and provide some guidance with the loud noise coming from your units. The first thing we recommend checking is if the washer/dryer is completely level. If the washer/dryer is not level that will contribute to the loud sounds you are hearing. More information on how to level your unit will be found in your use and care manual (page 25) which can be found on the website. If the unit are level and you are still experiencing the washer making a lot of sound, we recommend service. It works great so far. My last machine was a Whirlpool which lasted only 4 years. I'm hoping for better quality this time.
