I never feel like it adequately fills up. On the normal cycle, all of our clothes get twisted like a sheet does in the dryer. Finally, the knob never stays on.

Posted .The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for Washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. Also, when loading your washer, be sure not to wrap the items around the agitator as this could cause the clothes to twist or tangle. It washes quicker than it says so I don't feel like clothes are getting cleaned all the way. Even at high spin, the clothes are sometimes soaked. Sometimes there is still soap on the clothes. Yes it has a soak cycle, but it does not move the clothes around when it is soaking.
