This washer looks very awesome but i gotta say had a smell to it after only a couple of weeks using it and it seemed to work very well but again the smell though made it seem as though maybe just the dryer we had already was way more efficient because without it the clothes just smelt of mildew and had a very unclean feel even. The clothes were very rough and we even made it a point to use fabric softener as we always had but this was a must it seemed. All in all it seemed awesome because the look and features of it not to mention the incredible price best buy offered it for but it was a fail as far as what it is made to do lol.

Washing machine is good, however, it is loud. My last one was a Maytag and was very quiet.

A little loud but its great. No issues so far but thats why we buy ge.

The sales rep. was very attentive and polite. The chose this washer on the rep recommendations and the extra settings offered by the manufacture.

Even though I had some difficulties regarding operating the machine, customer service was always responsive.

This washer and dryer set was an awesome decision!! I’m very please with them and they are extremely nice and the cycles do night take long at all. I LOVE IT !!!

Great washer…! Only thing it doesn’t fill up drummer to the top…

Overall this is a great washing machine. It is a bit noisy during the wash cycle, which I was not expecting.

So far so good. Laundry comes out cleaner and smells way fresher than with the front loader we replaced.

Machine cleans good, but is above and beyond noisy. When cycle shifts, it's heard violently all over the house. One day I even went and looked outside if everything was ok.

It does everything it claims. The only thing I can say is it is a little louder than I imagined it would be while operating.

Definitely a great purchase I love this set! The extra features are great. I was sad it wasn’t Alexa capable but honestly I rather operate myself and set my settings! So good

Having trouble with the washer, no instructions in packaging

Second washer works well but first one did not work at all. Took 8 days to get replacement. Not very good service.

This is a great unit with lots of good options. It is a little loud but so far it cleans very well.

Likes that it as a center agitator vs the last one I had

It started out great until I tried any other wash mode besides normal. When I run Whites, Towels or Sanitize modes, I get a no H2O error every time with my clothes half soaked sitting until I catch it. Thinking it may be a water issue, I tried troubleshooting and ran different water temperature modes on the Normal mode. It worked fine. So something is wrong with the other modes. I additionally am giving a one star to Best Buy for not backing their products they sell. I had two weeks to get a replacement but as I am a busy person, i tried different methods to contact Best Buy with chats which never worked out for me. I finally get time to call them where I can troubleshoot at the machine and they won’t do anything for me. I have had it for a total of 25 days and they say to call the manufacturer. This is the end of a long time customer with Best Buy. I will never shop with them again.

Had great service. Even though it was an open box deal.
