Posted .We appreciate you writing a review. There are a couple of things that you can do. Make sure that the washer is level and that there are enough items in the basket. Too few will result in your washer becoming unbalanced. Load dry items loosely in the Washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. Very disappointing

Never enough water to even cover clothes, so manual water level selection is a must (thank you federal government water-use limitation mandates). The absence of an agitator might be good for the long-term care of clothes but it doesn't ensure clothes are drawn to the bottom of the tub during the cycle as with an agitator. So yes, your clothes may last longer but they won't be as clean as they would have been with my old agitator machine. Did lots of research but I regret buying this machine. Go with a much simpler machine with an agitator and without all of the automatic programmed cycles. I may not be as smart as a lot of things but I am smart enough to choose a laundry cycle, water temp, and water level much better than this over-engineered, underperforming machine.

It shakes while in the spin mode and it’s not unleveled. The soft load dispenser dispensed the softener the first week and no longer does. I’ve had this set about two months. Definitely would rethink purchasing this washer.

The washer will make clicks, and you'll hear water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.
