It walks across the floor & I'm afraid it's going to pull the hoses out. Auto fill doesn't work at all - the top 1/2 of your clothes are dry

If the water level is not changing on your water, we encourage you to ensure that your water connections are fully on. Install Crew Terrible

Best Buy installation crew was extremely unprofessional, to the point I had them take the machine back and bought the same one from Home Depot for a cheaper price and the delivery and installation went flawless.

Very poor quality for a GE product!

They remain smelly and stained. You cansee the clothes stay in their same spot as they wash. The deep fill doesn’t actaully fill the tub. Do not waste your money. BEST BUY switched the machone out without issues.

Dirty laundry

The water levels were not automatic and the soap and lint remained on the clothing after the rinse was complete. It also did not thoroughly rinse so the clothes were heavy with too much moisture.

If there is detergent left on your clothes, please ensure that you're using the correct amount of detergent. Too much detergent can cause residue to be left behind. You can also run a "Rinse and Drain" cycle to ensure that your clothes get spun out fully. It's stupldly difficult to clean anything bulky beacause it eventually gets more fabric on one side and then stops. Don't buy it.

Clicks, flowing water, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.
