Grinding noise

Nothing but issues with this washer

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The machine constantly has the load become unbalanced regardless of load size, water level cycle setting, or setting for soil level or spin level and the basket will bang around aggressively against the inside frame of the unit. We are constantly having to pause the load on spin cycle, redistribute the clothing and have even had to hand ring items out that were still soaked with water.

Much louder than the one it is replacing. I have had company downstairs and they have remarked on how loud it is. I had someone come out today to look at my 5 month old washer and he said it’s normal. If you’re looking for a quiet washing machine, this is not the one for you.

He took photos and sent them to Best Buy. I was offered two options 1. To keep the damage one until they replaced it or take a small percentage off the price. I opted for option 1. Long story short Best Buy did NOT honor either option so I’m paying for a damaged washer that I didn’t damage.

Very poor quality for a GE product!

They remain smelly and stained. You cansee the clothes stay in their same spot as they wash. The deep fill doesn’t actaully fill the tub. Do not waste your money. BEST BUY switched the machone out without issues.

If the water level is not changing on your water, we encourage you to ensure that your water connections are fully on. Best Buy installation crew was extremely unprofessional, to the point I had them take the machine back and bought the same one from Home Depot for a cheaper price and the delivery and installation went flawless.

It's stupldly difficult to clean anything bulky beacause it eventually gets more fabric on one side and then stops. Don't buy it.
