Love this washer, especially the agitator - really gets the clothes clean! The glass top is very helpful with deciding on water levels and unbalanced spin cycles. I highly recommend this machine.

I wished, I would have asked about how loud this machine was. Absolutely loud….. you just have to get used to that noise!

Has been an excellent washing machine, especially for the price. Spacious and many cleaning options. My only critique is that it's somewhat loud.

Washes well. But I chose a agitator so it is difficult to wash bulky items like pillows. I think agitators wash cleaner so I would choose an agitator again. I had a non-agitator for years.

I like the Dual Action Agitator that it comes with. It achieves a deep clean while being gentle on my clothes.

So far so good but I’ve only had it for a month. I hope it lasts years without issue. I really like it, works well.

What an improvement in noise level from our older Maytag model. The drum capacity is more than adequate.

Was an awesome washer the first 4 years. Then every few weeks something else would break and even though we had a 5 year extended warranty we were told they wouldn't cover anymore repairs-we were maxed out (the 5 years weren't up). Now we have a washer that wastes water, may or may not complete a wash or may spin so fast even on normal we feel like it is going to explode. And our favorite when it just keeps balancing and won't complete a wash. It was a great washer for 4 years with a good warranty until we needed it.

Great price for a great washer. Great size for huge loads of clothing.

So far it has work fairly well. I have had 3 items rip apart. But, to be honest, they were in their last days anyways. I will continue to monitor this product. The washer tub is large enough to fit a comforter easily. Thanks

Leaks water. We had best buy install. It leaked after running a load through. They came back out and said it was fixed. We went on vacation and came home and did laundry and it still leaked. Called Best Buy back and they said after 14 days they are not responsible anymore. Very poor customer service and not backing the products they are selling. All we wanted to do was exchange for something else but they said that was not possible.

This washer is easy-peezy to load and washes like a dream. It's energy and water efficient and saves me so much time when I have small loads that need hand washing... the delicate cycle is just like washing things by hand. Love it.

I'm very pleased with this GE washing machine Model:GTW585BSVWS. It holds so much more laundry than my old model and the settings are easy to navigate. Also, great customer service from Best Buy!
