I think I like the machine but I think BestBuy installed it incorrectly. It only runs with hot water no matter what I choose for temperature
We're sorry to hear your washer is using hot water regardless of your settings and recommend checking the fill hoses on the back of your washer as they may not have been connected properly. If you check the hose connections and they are reversed, shut off the water supply to the washer and make sure the hot hose is connected to the hot port on the valve and the cold hose is connected to the cold port. Top Load FTW!

Replacing a front load washer that died. Feel like you get a better clean with top load because of the agitator. Also seems like the drum is bigger and can load more. Overall clothes look and feel cleaner.

After one year of owning this, we've had to get service 4 times. The washer throws itself around the room, has broken it's own locking mechanism, does not drain properly, and all around does not work correctly. Today, it has decided that my water soaked blankets are done, and upon trying to drain and spin, it adds more water and tells me the wash is complete.

Worked fine for 8 months. It did have some balancing issues. As an example, it wont regularly do the spin cycle with bedding. But now, it’s completely done and will not even begin a cycle.

i purchased this machine several weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble. too many issues to even describe.
At this point I am going to have to return.
