Posted .We're sorry to hear your washer is using hot water regardless of your settings and recommend checking the fill hoses on the back of your washer as they may not have been connected properly. If you check the hose connections and they are reversed, shut off the water supply to the washer and make sure the hot hose is connected to the hot port on the valve and the cold hose is connected to the cold port. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine for 8 months. It did have some balancing issues. As an example, it wont regularly do the spin cycle with bedding. But now, it’s completely done and will not even begin a cycle.
