So far so good with this washer (1 month old). Easy to operate, plenty of options. Automatic water level control is a great feature to have. It is not too loud either. Not a huge price tag. Glass lid helps to see what is going on inside once we start the washer. If you are looking for something a no-hassle washer at a good price, this is the best one

I really like the Agitator & how clean it gets our clothes... It is noisy though & it is our 2nd one within not even a full month. This one so far, is doing good... I will except the noise unless it causes issues as the other did.

Even though it isn't the one I originally purchased and it took forever to actually receive due a series of setbacks and ridiculousness. I have a large family and we do a great amount of laundry weekly. I have no complaints about this washer. It's super easy to use and does a really great job. We love it!

This washer was a replacement for a maytag that the transmission failed. My wife loves all features of her new GE washer including that there is enough water to wash clothes clean

this unit was purchased for our medical practice, due to our washing machine breaking down. the price was right, and in comparison to other similar units, was a great deal-having gotten a discount for the holidays. We were very happy with the delivery and installation-the driver was on-time and extremely efficient, having the machine up and running within a half hour. All in all a very positive experience-from price, selection, quality, delivery and install. Would definitely recommend the unit and Best Buy to others.

I have had this washer for a couple of months now and I love it!! It’s on the smaller size for a washing machine but can easily accommodate large loads. Cleans well! So worth the money!!

Besides all of the bells and whistles, it is a really good washing machine. The tub is deep and wide enough to wash a descent amount of clothes at once. The settings are all inclusive - from light active wear to bulky. It washes just about all types of items. I've already recommended this same washer to my daughter.

I was not happy when it came time to replace my old washing machine. I always liked the "old style" washers without all the water restrictions and lid locking features. I was I was looking for a washer with the ability to choose the water level, as well as be able to open the lid when needed and not have the lid locked all the time. This washer has both of those features. So far I am very happy with this washer.

Just purchased this washer. I love it so far. It washes very well but is loud doing the spin cycle. It can hold lots of clothes so I can reduce the number of loads I wash. it play a lil tune when finished and it it so pretty, I'm very pleased with this washer.

My old washer "died." Fortunately, Best Buy was having a deep discount sale and I was able to find a matched washer-dryer set that fits into my narrow-access interior laundry room. The washer has a generously sized stainless steel tub and multiple wash cycle and temperature options. It has far more features than I expected for the price!

This washer is as advertised and more, Cleans our clothes better than the old front loader Samsung.

Absolutely love this washing machine! I like the ability to adjust the water level myself or have it done automatically. I also like the fact that I can remove the agitator if desired.

GE top load washer does its job excellent. best buy purchase and installation experiencec is smooth and hassle-free — friendly service, quick delivery, and professional setup. washer capacity is generous, and handles large loads. Deep fill feature is quite useful for extra water for winter clothing and blankets. Quick wash cycle is doing job pretty well and convenient for office clothes. glass lid and GE quality is excellent.
