Does not clean clothes and leaves detergent stains

I purposely purchased this washer because I wanted one that would agitate more and rinse cleaner. The agitator on this washer seems to be a placebo, because it swishes the clothes around the drum just like an agitator less one. I always need to manually adjust the fill level to add more water and an extra rinse cycle to insure the clothes don't have detergent stains. If you wear a lot of black clothes...don't buy this washer. Washcloths need an extra rinse or even second wash to get all the soap out of them. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. Next time I will be splurging for a Speed Queen.

Great washer, might have to adjust the water level

The only con is it's a little loud when agitating and spinning. But other than that, I love it. I'd recommend manually adjusting the water level, sometimes the auto fill is a little low if the weight of the load is light. We got a pair with a dryer, both are great.
