    My previous washer went out but it was also like 30+ years old & was a hand me down. I bought this one as a set and absolutely love all the settings on it. I can air fluff my lululemon active wear & scrubs and not have to worry about them shrinking. 11/10 recommend

    Washer and dryer are both very noisy. You can't hear the signal when loads are done (even when signal is set on high). Wish I had never bought this set.

      We are sorry to hear that your units have been noisier than expected and that the signal is not loud enough. We would like to help and provide some guidance with the loud noise coming from your units. The first thing we recommend checking is if the washer/dryer is completely level. If the washer/dryer is not level that will contribute to the loud sounds you are hearing. More information on how to level your unit will be found in your use and care manual (page 25) which can be found on the website. If the unit are level and you are still experiencing the washer making a lot of sound, we recommend service.
