When I run Whites, Towels or Sanitize modes, I get a no H2O error every time with my clothes half soaked sitting until I catch it. Thinking it may be a water issue, I tried troubleshooting and ran different water temperature modes on the Normal mode. It worked fine. So something is wrong with the other modes. I additionally am giving a one star to Best Buy for not backing their products they sell. I had two weeks to get a replacement but as I am a busy person, i tried different methods to contact Best Buy with chats which never worked out for me. I finally get time to call them where I can troubleshoot at the machine and they won’t do anything for me. I have had it for a total of 25 days and they say to call the manufacturer. This is the end of a long time customer with Best Buy. I will never shop with them again.

We recommend ensuring there's no issue with the water supply and disconnecting the washer from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often solve an issue. Troubleshooting tips are available for your model, starting on page 22 of the manual; the manual can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to resolve this issue with troubleshooting, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. Top loading washer is great because the lid can be left open after being used. Also super easy to install!

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer looks very awesome but i gotta say had a smell to it after only a couple of weeks using it and it seemed to work very well but again the smell though made it seem as though maybe just the dryer we had already was way more efficient because without it the clothes just smelt of mildew and had a very unclean feel even. The clothes were very rough and we even made it a point to use fabric softener as we always had but this was a must it seemed. All in all it seemed awesome because the look and features of it not to mention the incredible price best buy offered it for but it was a fail as far as what it is made to do lol.

Posted .Washer odors (like mildew) are usually caused by leaving the washer lid closed when the top load washer is not in use. This does not allow air to circulate and dry out the moisture remaining in the tub area. The air and moisture mixture becomes stagnant and creates an odor. When the washer is not in use, leaving the lid up/open for air circulation will help prevent odor. So far had no issues. Just be advised to divide the weight of the clothes so that the drum does not hit the sides.

It’s a bit loud so unless your washroom is on the other side of your house or in the garage, you’ll have to put up with the noise.

Posted .We'd like to assist with the fabric softener dispenser of your washer. There are some things we recommend trying that may help. Be sure not to overfill or dilute the softener as this can result in additive being dispensed prematurely in the wash cycle. Fabric softener crystals should not be added to the dispenser drawer, as they will not dispense properly.
It also helps to select a warmer wash temperature if possible to improve dissolving. Make sure the siphon cap is free of debris and fully pressed into position. Remove and clean the tray if clogging occurs.

Using delicate cycle it ripped my shirt. It has no rinse cycle alone only after a wash. Now I have to look for a second machine to do small loads or handwash laundry. The machine is designed to wear out clothes not to wash them.
