I my washer was delivered September 25th and by October 12th it went out. How can a washer that brand new go out that fast! Now I have to wait to get it fixed this sucks! I’m a family of 6 a washer at home is a must. This was my first time ever buying a brand new washer and for it to go out less than 3 weeks just sucks.

It has a lot of room and washes fairly quickly. The only issue I have, and it's really not a big deal, but during the cycle change it makes a loud clicking noise.

We would like to help and provide some guidance with the loud noise coming from your units. The first thing we recommend checking is if the washer/dryer is completely level. If the washer/dryer is not level that will contribute to the loud sounds you are hearing. More information on how to level your unit will be found in your use and care manual (page 25) which can be found on the website. If the unit are level and you are still experiencing the washer making a lot of sound, we recommend service. We had a large amount of clothing and linens to catch up on washing. This washer handled it very well. Everything was cleaned well and love the new agitator style

I noticed the agitator wasn't spinning during a wash and noticed the agaitator just spinning free when turing by hand. This is a known problem with ge washers, just look up youtube videos on how to remove ge washing machine agaitators and you will see. Last time im buying a ge washer and will go with a speed queen. what a piece of junk.

Worst Delivery and installation service

The review is for the worst customer service and deliver/installation company. They dropped off the washer in the kitchen and said they are coming right now to install it and they just left! I had to hire a third party to come and finish the job. This would never happen If I had ordered from HomeDepot of Lowes. This is the most unprofessions service I had ever received in my list.

Top loading washer is great because the lid can be left open after being used. Also super easy to install!
