    This washer and dryer set was an awesome decision!! I’m very please with them and they are extremely nice and the cycles do night take long at all. I LOVE IT !!!

    It started out great until I tried any other wash mode besides normal. When I run Whites, Towels or Sanitize modes, I get a no H2O error every time with my clothes half soaked sitting until I catch it. Thinking it may be a water issue, I tried troubleshooting and ran different water temperature modes on the Normal mode. It worked fine. So something is wrong with the other modes. I additionally am giving a one star to Best Buy for not backing their products they sell. I had two weeks to get a replacement but as I am a busy person, i tried different methods to contact Best Buy with chats which never worked out for me. I finally get time to call them where I can troubleshoot at the machine and they won’t do anything for me. I have had it for a total of 25 days and they say to call the manufacturer. This is the end of a long time customer with Best Buy. I will never shop with them again.

      We're sorry to hear you've had issues with using those cycles, and we'd like to assist. We recommend ensuring there's no issue with the water supply and disconnecting the washer from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often solve an issue. Troubleshooting tips are available for your model, starting on page 22 of the manual; the manual can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. If you aren't able to resolve this issue with troubleshooting, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393.     So far so good. Laundry comes out cleaner and smells way fresher than with the front loader we replaced.

    Definitely a great purchase I love this set! The extra features are great. I was sad it wasn’t Alexa capable but honestly I rather operate myself and set my settings! So good

    Machine cleans good, but is above and beyond noisy. When cycle shifts, it's heard violently all over the house. One day I even went and looked outside if everything was ok.
