It shakes while in the spin mode and it’s not unleveled. The soft load dispenser dispensed the softener the first week and no longer does. I’ve had this set about two months. Definitely would rethink purchasing this washer.

The washer will make clicks, and you'll hear water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Posted .We appreciate you writing a review. There are a couple of things that you can do. Make sure that the washer is level and that there are enough items in the basket. Too few will result in your washer becoming unbalanced. Load dry items loosely in the Washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. I have owned this washer for 11 months and it has already stopped working. Best Buy was of no help and just forwards me to the manufacturer who also is of no help. I set up an repair appointment with GE, waited a week, only to have them call me an hour before they were to arrive and cancel so they could reschedule another week out. I can already tell that this is going to be a nightmare to deal with. There is nothing worse than paying $600 for a big hunk of junk to just sit in your house with no resolution in less than a year. I know it can be difficult but save your money for a more quality brand. And while you’re at it, you may also want to consider a different store to purchase from. Best Buy service is not what it used to be.
