Posted .We're sorry to hear your washer is using hot water regardless of your settings and recommend checking the fill hoses on the back of your washer as they may not have been connected properly. If you check the hose connections and they are reversed, shut off the water supply to the washer and make sure the hot hose is connected to the hot port on the valve and the cold hose is connected to the cold port. The washer throws itself around the room, has broken it's own locking mechanism, does not drain properly, and all around does not work correctly. Today, it has decided that my water soaked blankets are done, and upon trying to drain and spin, it adds more water and tells me the wash is complete.
