This washer has all the features and it looks nice, but the operation sometimes is a bit janky. It is on a level floor but it will shift during a load that isn't heavy and create a loud banging sound.

Works great very quiet and easy to use. rumors arent true about water levels.

I've had the machine about a month and don't have any complaints. It is quieter than my last top loading HE washer (Whirlpool WTW5700). The clothes have come out clean. Admittedly, I've not tested every function. Water levels have been sufficient for me. I usually use "extra fill" which gets water level just to the top of the clothes and that's enough in my opinion. I haven't tried using the "extra fill" function where it supposedly fills the entire tub.

Have had this machine since 2018 and LOVE it. With teenagers and pets, I have used the heck out of it and washed everything from comforters and horse blankets to silk blouses and handmade sweaters. The wide variety of settings and no center agitator make this a dream to use and keep clean. I had a front loader before this and hated it. This is the best and fir the money is a great value over some of the higher priced ones.

Good washer at an affordable price was not disappointed.

Bought this to replace an old Kenmore that had badly rusted inside and was ruining my clothes. After much research, I decided on this one because there is no center agitator. The tub is HUGE! It can fit a queen comforter AND sheets in 1 load. I waited for this one to go on sale, so for the price, it's a great washer. Seems to use less water than my old machine too :) Very happy with purchase.

Ill admit this washing machine is a bit loud. I knew that buying it. I really like the ease of use, it has options for towels, bulky items, jeans, casual and more. I mostly love how huge the drum is! I have a family of 5 and it has cut down my laundry time by 1/2. The loads are no more than 58 minutes (that is with the only options I have used and with the extra rinse on) its great so far I have had no problems with it. It did get out of balance when I did a set of sheets but it corrected itself and finished the load. Be aware the drum is huge!! If your short youll have trouble getting the clothes out, it is deep (i did read that on reviews) Ive only had the machine about a month but Ive done well over 20 loads ( I use to do 10+ loads a week) I love this machine if you dont mind the loadness I recommend completely

I love this washer and dryer! I have absolutely no complaints at this point. It seems to work great and cleans my clothes.

Not used to a newer washer, it does a lot of weird things before it actually starts to wash. But clothes come out nice and clean

I miss the front loading machine that adjusted the water level to the size of the load. Apparently this one does not.

Washer cleans clothes better then previous washer, I do like all the different settings and auto detects the size of the load.

It is so easy to use and I love that it chimes when its done instead of that awful buzzer noise our old dryer made.

This is a great high efficiency washer, my clothes come out so fresh and clean. I love this washer! Good job GE!

Love this washer so much ! Gets the work done for the price it’s more that what I expected.
