Although the washing machine looks nice and so far cleans well when you use the deep water clean setting. My machine arrived damaged. Not sure ifor it was damaged while the delivery guys bringing in the house or it was damaged to begin with. It has a big ding on the front left side middle edge. Be careful when they bring it in and install the machine for you. They are not gentle as they don't care since they didn't pay $600 for it.

I did not receive this washer until November 7 but have enjoyed using it! There are so many settings for any kind of item you can imagine you want to wash. So it has been a challenge each time to figure out what setting to use, but it seems to be doing a good job.

Gets the job done. good features. Had to read the instructions to figure out how to get it to actually use the liquid fabric softener that I was putting in. there is a setting.

New technology. Motor loud. Cleans great. We now need a matching dryer.

First one hot water wouldn't cut off so they had to bring a second one out. It was damaged so they changed the water valve out and it works fine. Best Buy gave me another 15% credit for all the problems.

My last GE wash machine lasted 15 years and when I got this one...realizing there was a 15 year gap in technology. I read the instructions, setup and programmed my washing cycles and have no problems so far.

Sad to see my 35-yr old Maytag go... But really love this new washer with clear lid and no center pole so I can wash bulky items. Works perfectly

Washers have changed so much. This one is easy to use. Love the glass top so I can see what is happening inside. It’s also nice and quiet compared to the old one.

Got the GE washer after looking through some of the other brands. This was affordable and it's has most of the options you need . I got the one without the spindle so that it can be used for delicates also.

Its just about 2 weeks since ots been delivered. I dont have any complaints. It doesnt rinse the fabric softner thoroughly but it may be the kind I'm am using.

Other than the occasional slight sound during the spin cycle, this washer is super quiet. And the load space, without an agitator, is crazy. I can wash so much more in one load, saving me so much time.

Have only had for a few weeks but so far I am very impressed. Love the design and it gets the job done!!

This is an easy to use machine with many features. Be sure to balance the load

I have found that unless you have it on the Deep Fill setting for both wash and rinse, and add a time extension for stains, it really doesn't clean the clothes very well. It also wraps everything up and twists the clothes in knots. I'm not pleased. It's the mate to the dryer I bought a few months ago, and I love the dryer. I even bought the top of the line matching model, but it doesn't perform to expectations. I wouldn't recommend the wash to anyone.

It does ok. I bought a new one because my old one broke. I think the machines with the agitator do a better job of cleaning clothes. This saves in water, but seems to run a lot longer.

My wife just love the new machine, the cloths seem cleaner and when ready to put in the dryer they are not that damp as they are spun out way better than our old machine.

I got the product that I was looking for within my budget. I am satisfied with this purchase.

The GE washer & dryer we purchased were finally delivered & installers had NO CLUE how to install either item. Very incompetent installers & Best Buy should definitely seek to educate their installers before sending them out of a delivery. These incompetents flooded my laundry room because they did NOT even install the hoses correctly with the proper clamps etc that were provided. The washer drum was defective & out of balance when they ran a test cycle. Installers also did not even know how to reverse the dryer door. I had to tell & show them how to reverse the door which they never did complete. Finally just got disgusted with entire awful mess & refused to accept the washer & dryer. Will never ever purchase another appliance from Best Buy. Absolute worse product & installation service ever encountered. In past have purchased televisions from Best Buy & had great installers etc but this time, it was absolutely awful experience.
