First the sentinel tone is way to low for anyone that is not standing in front of the washer. I had a GE tech come out the first week I owned it to see if the tone can be made louder, but that was the loudest it would go. Second and most annoying problem is every wash, when it goes into a spin cycle, it is so unbalanced the washer shakes no matter how I load it. What A peace of garbage this washer is, and will never buy a GE appliance again.
