You can customize your wash cycles any way you can imagine. Highly recommend but still get the 5 year warranty just in case.

The first month it worked fine.. Then I washing comforters and the machines just goes crazy. Its been six months and now it doesnt spin hard enough to put the clothes in the dryer.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I got the matching set and I do got to say they are nice I mean really nice and they are big.. you can wash a lot at one time..they are a little noisy but that’s ok for me some ppl don’t like it…I did run into a problem it was not putting a lot of water in there…coni called them up and had them come out and take a look at it… so the problem was I was not getting a lot of water pressure coming in…so the washing machines on a timer and has sensors for the water coming in and went to fill up and went to cut off…so if you run into this just check your water pressure…

Washer description says quiet, but it is really loud in my opinion. It also somehow spit a winter hat out of my washer tube ripping off the lint trap and spewing water everywhere somehow.

Only dislike is not being able to pick cold water setting for all loads. All loads need to be on deep fill unfortunately to get enough water in loads.

Love the clear top, no need to open to check on clothes. Extra large loads are an issue as they seem to be an issue for the machine balance. Not for comforters or blankets. Good on everything else.

I’m not sure what to do about this and if anyone else has this issue. The beeping drives me crazy and can be heard throughout an entire 2800 sqft home. Pros: it’s spacious,does a good job and looks good.
