Everytime I wash a load of towels it starts knocking around & gets unbalanced. When I come back to move the load over to the dryer it is dripping wet. Likely had problems not able to correct the balance so it leaves the items dripping wet.

I like the color and how sleek it looks, but it is not as quiet as I anticipated. Way to loud for a brand new model. Takes to long to begin washing cycle. It seems to get off balance easily.

So far so good, like that the machine determines how much water to use and has a setting for any possible type of clothing and bedding. Runs quiet.

Did research on these and rated well. We like the quitness, ability, load size and it is doing great at cleaning our clothes. No more front loaders for me.

Big capacity, easily fits our king comforter or 2 of our kids' twin comforters. No problems after a month of use

Had a bad experience with this washer. The first one that was delivered and installed in my house was broken, the water didn't stop pouring in the washer even though it was off and not running. The second one has some issues with the Cycles it provides. For example the option Drain & Spin, doesn't do that, for some strange reason it first fills the washer with water to rinse again and then drain and spins, which is crazy because the issue is that clothes or towels retained to much water. Definitely would not buy again.

No complaints so far! Ultra quick compared to my old 2009 model. Very pleasing to look at as well. Having a deep barrel is amazing for comforters.

I recently purchased this GE washer and it’s definitely a nice upgrade. It’s easy to use, has multiple settings and is energy and water efficient.

We ordered a washing machine and dryer. The washing machine was installed and is working well. Very easy to use and does a great job. However the dryer was damaged and had to be taken back. The delivery date is now 2 months from the delivery date. Good thing our dryer works. I don't know whose fault it is for the dent, but you would think someone would have inspected each appliance before delivering the pair 40 miles away. The review would have been much better if they would have. We probably would have upgraded the dryer.

Washer would get 5 stars but the agitator keeps coming off during the wash and now there is a piece that broke off. There is a way to “lock” it on, but it doesn’t work all the time. Short of gluing it on, there didn’t seem to be a way to keep it on.

Love this washer. The color is just right. I love the amount of cycles that it has. I would purchase this again.

much nicer than my old machine. Geek squad showed me how it works. So quiet I thought there might be a problem , but this is much nicer.

Easy to use and is durable. Love using it and have not had any problems with it since I purchased it.

Great features and the large capacity doesn't mean the exterior is extra large. It fits perfectly in the laundry room.

Has all the features I wanted and fits in the space that I have. No problems with it so far. Large enough tub to get the job done.

Amazing washer, very very very quiet. People here have said that the water level sensing isn't enough to wash their clothes but they're wrong! If you load the washer appropriately, it'll use the right amount of water and the clothes won't be soapy. The only reason why they would be soapy is if they're heavy handed with the liquid detergent. I use detergent packs (TidePods) and use only what I need, not more than required, and the clothes come out clean EVERY. TIME. Purchase this if you can!
