After 6 years with a "fancy" no agitator washer, which kept going "unbalanced" with a heavy load, we decided to go back to "old Technology". This one has more bells and whistles than we had intended, but it was on substantial sale. We find it easy to use and does a great job. Very pleased with it.

Various settings for different articles of clothing or fabric. Customizable settings according to your preference. The chime is a nice touch. Visible compartment for detergent, bleach, softener, and Pods. The clothes are washed efficiently and comes out fresh.

The agitator in the washer gets my work clothes and whites cleaner than my previous set that didn't have an agitator.

We had an old washer and dryer that wold not wash our close right. It would not agitate and dry right. So to know when you put your clothes in these machines and they will do the job right and efficiently is a great relief.
