    Not worth the cost

    So disappointing...the description and price would lead one to believe that this machine is capable of doing it all. What it cannot do is properly wash your clothes. If the machine is even slightly unleveled, your clothes will not wash properly. Washing clothes became such a challenge that we contemplated just throwing out this brand new set and just ordering a much cheaper washing machine without all of the bells and whistles. My family eventually moved and gladly left the washer in our former home. Again, I would avoid this device at all costs!

    Horrible, I’m stuck

    What I don’t like about this washing machine is that I paid around 700.00 and it was on sale. The first day I used it, it wouldn’t spin all the water out of my comforter, and it was on the correct setting. I can only fill the machine up to half it’s capacity otherwise the load won’t finish. Small blankets only and no small pillows either. I’m pretty sure that when I checked out I selected the washer without the agitator thing in the middle. Doesn’t work for my large family. Disappointed!

    Already malfunctioning

    Not even 2 years old and the water valve drips like crazy soaking everything after it has been spun. My dryer doesn’t dry anymore either. All vents are clean. Very unhappy.

    Leaking inlet valve

    I purchased a brand new machine. But they delivered to me a open box machine instead. I hooked it up the water tubes to it then turn on the water. The hot water was leaking into the drum while the machine was off. I already knew the machine would be defective just seeing it was not sealed in a cardboard box when they delivered it. I'm very disappointed I should have went with my gut and bought that machine from home depot

    Problems with balancing and spin cycle

    Something went wrong with the balancing and now it needs repaired within less than 6 months of purchase. It was working well until this happened, but overall I am disappointed because it broke so fast.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Machine doesn’t work. The employees who installed it, never bothered to test it. It powers on but doesn’t push out water or start a cycle. BestBuy can’t send me a replacement until January. I’m returning and going to Home Depot.

    If able, I would provide a zero. I bought a washer and dryer set. While the washer was delivered without a no problems, the dryer was was cancelled numerous times and after each time I was reassured a new dryer would be delivered, no one ever showed up or contacted me of the delivery. After almost a month and finally gave up and cancelled the full order. This was the month exhausting, frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had with a company.

    Clothes did not seem like they were clean. Agitator didn’t really agitated the clothes. Water barley filled up past the clothes even with the deep fill option.

    When I saw the washer in the store, it did not have an agitator. I had no idea there were two models, identical on the outside, but one with an agitator and one without. Since there are not any pictures of the inside of this washer on the Best Buy website, I had no idea I was ordering a washer with an agitator. Now, with a wait time of 1.5 hrs, I'm waiting for a call back to see if I can exchange it for the one without an agitator. Shame on you Best Buy for including pictures of the inside of the washer on or noting w/ or w/o agitator in the product header!

    Never worked , i am not pleased, yalls solution was to replace it with a lesser product for the same price . Dont think i will trust yall to buy anything else and considering i am about to remodel my kitchen that means yall will be loosing sales on a stove , an oven , a dishwasher , and a refrigerator

    1st I waited almost a month for it, then the hot water solenoid was stuck open. We thought while waiting for a replacement the cold would be ok but 2 loads later it flooded my laundry room. What pure garbage for $850. GE & Best Buy have really let me down. Probably my last purchases from both of them.

    The agitator kept falling off during spin cycle and could not balance the loads. Had to have GE come service when machine was 15 days old.

    Literally broke a few days after the return window closed. Cheaply made. Do not recommend. Will have to purchase a whole new washer. (Dryer seems fine works well) Very upset about this washer.

    Tried washing a queen mattress pad and washer wouldn’t drain the water completely. Tried the rinse and drain option and it just added more water.

    It stopped working after 2weeks. The repairman was a joke. Said vent was plugged and walk out , I put old dryer back in and its drying just fine , so I tried to make another spointment and could never get through what a joke

    Washer worked great at first. After 5 months, it stopped spin drying. My clothes are soaked and this is not okay.
