I’m not kidding - it’s the worst washer we have EVER owned and ZERO RECOURSE OR HELP FROM ANYONE AT SAMSUNG OR BEST BUY. A TECH CAME OUT AND DID NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE WASHER DOES NOT SPIN AND THEN YOIRE LEFT WITH SOAKING WET CLOTHES THAT YIU HAVE TO HAND WRING INDIVIDUALLY. WE HAD A WARRANTY AND THE 3 YEAR GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION, YET WE STILL SIT HERE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THAT EXISTED SINCE WE BOUGHT THIS MACHINE. ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMSUNG OR BEST BUY

GE Top Load Washer

Quite, Sturdy, lots of quality functions, easy to understand. When shopping we discovered that the outer cabinet of ALL brands have cola can thin shells. THe staff was great as well.

Unbalanced spinning cycle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer will always be unbalanced when it starts spinning; most of the washers start the spinning cycle while draining the water simultaneously to allow clothes to distribute appropriately in the drum. This washer drains the water completely and then it starts spinning which will result in clothes to be wet and unbalanced; then it will refill more water and do the same thing again (so where are the water savings ??). Very disappointed a washer with this capacity lacks of this function. We have had older models from different brands and they all seem to have this important feature.
