Called GE and they wanted me to wait 13 days before I got a service tech to look at it. No thank you, took them back to Best Buy and got different brand. Caution: GE is not the same as they once was

When cycling it begins to hit the sides of the washer and it does not drain my clothes so when the cycle is done my clothes is still dripping wet. If you’re looking to buy a new washer please look elsewhere this is not the one!

It constantly is unbalanced no matter how little clothes you put in it or overload it you cannot win. DO NOT BUY
