    Love my new washer. The options for cycles is great. It even has a line of options from dirt, wine, grass and blood. The size of the drum is actually pretty big. It fits more clothes than you think. Perfect for big comforters too. The color is beautiful and it is a bit wider than normal basic washers. It is super quiet while washing and the sensors for water and motion are great.

    Salesperson was sick and should not have been at work. I spent next 2 weeks being sick due to salesperson. Did not receive 10% discount I was promised for opening Best Buy credit card account. I will never step in a Best Buy store again.

    We had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace two washer/dryer sets within two weeks of each other. In our home and vacation rental. Both sets were GE and both sets were purchased in 2007. Yes... I’m sure I just lost all sympathy. We knew without hesitation that we wanted to replace with them with GE products. Now... where to buy... We bought the 1st set from a competitor to Best Buy. It was a bumpy transition. Took 3 weeks to receive complete set. Total confusion re: delivery. I was patient due to Covid but when promised delivery within 3 days yet didn’t receive for 3 weeks... it was a little frustrating. So.... and I promise this review is almost over. We re purchased 2nd set from above competitor. Thus... the delivery nightmare began again. I then, at 3 am (upset and frustrated) went onto the Best Buy website. Purchased the same set. It was delivered and installed 3 days later as promised. Best Buy will be my new go to for appliances! As for as the set. I bought two sets of the GE top loaders 13 yrs ago. Zero complaints. They more than served their time. I recommend them to others. It was a brainless decision to replace with the same. I love my new sets just as much if not more. Great product at an affordable price.

    Got the matching set as our first new washer/dryer set and love the look of these as well as the capacity increase is amazing since we are a family of 4. Really happy with our purchase and Best Buy had them at the same price as other stores but with a 100 gift card for black friday

    We had to get a new washer after our washer from the 1970s finally gave out, it was literally falling apart. I am always nervous about appliances but we have had this now nearly a month and have fallen in love! This washer is super easy to use and so deep compared to our old one! I am so happy with this washer and dryer set!

    The only down fault is it gets off balance and does not wring the water out of the clothes and I have to run it on drain and spin.
