I called 6 days after my 15 day window of returning because life happened and got transfered to person after person. I'm not happy with any part of my experience

We know this may be inconvenient and would like to address this. Newer models may be louder and/or have different noises than older models, because of newer technology. There is a description of expected sounds on page 26 of the manual, and we also have an article on our GE website titled 'Top Load Washer - Noises Heard During Agitation' if you'd like to reference that. We do still strive to meet the industry standard for noise, and your feedback will be sent to our Laundry Products Design team for future review and development; we appreciate you sharing your insight. There is information on your one year limited manufacturer's warranty on page 27 of the manual, if you think you may need to take advantage of that.
