So much so, the PVC drain pipe it empties into shakes and I'm worried it may crack and break off the wall one day. I believe someone else said it sounds like a freight train and I agree. So far it hasn't shaken itself off my cement slab pedestal; but I don't trust it, so I make sure to keep an eye on it - not my idea of a good use of time. On the positive note, the clothes are barely more than damp by the time that suped-up spin cycle ends - thus, less time in the electric dryer.

My last one lasted 15+ plus years and this one is just as good. This one is better because it has the impaler that doesn’t tear up your clothes and is easier to put giant blankets and comforters

The top load design and diffuser instead of a center agitator allow for much larger items like comforters and rugs

Replaced the mainboard and belt. Seems way to fast for this to happen for a new machine. Worked for 2 full cycles again then broke down again. Would have to NOT recommend this

The clothes feel almost dry when it’s done. I just wish that it would fill up with a little more water than it does.

They were kind and professional. Machine works great! Lots of buttons and knobs to get used to, but once you do, I’m sure you’ll love it! Quite energy efficient too!

I would never buy another Maytag again. This GE washer is so much easier to use and makes a lot less noise than the Maytag.
