Clothes on top do not get wet and all items had to be washed on bulky setting. Also had to set it on a spin cycle to drain washed towels. Very disappointed.

We can understand your concern about the water levels. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. Some models have a Deep Fill option which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. If you have any additional questions, let us know. Mike@GEA

The part to fix it cost as much as this washer. I went with this washer. Works the same as my old washer. Why did I ever buy the other washer.

The agitator is a cone in the bottom instead of a column in the center so you get a ton of more space! It works great and I love it

It is a high energy unit so does not use much detergent or water. It gets my clothes clean and has several different options.

My daughter washed a blanket and the and it was soaked in water. The spinning circles in that machine is horrible. The blanket is hanging on the outside steps. Do your research, don’t assume is a good brand like I did.
