Posted .Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback on this top-load washer. We hate to hear you don't like the Sensing feature, and feel there's not enough water to get your clothes clean. We know that would be quite concerning and would like to address this. The Department of Energy has set new standards over the years lessening the amount of water a washer is able to use. We have adjusted to meet those standards by designing our newer models with load sensing technology to adjust the water levels based on the load size and cycle so that the wash performance is not negatively affected; other factors, like agitation and the time it takes to complete a cycle, may be altered as well. If you wish, there is a Deep Fill option you can take advantage of to increase the water level on certain cycles. While your clothes will still get clean with this model, to inquire about a return of the product to the dealer you bought it from please contact them directly. If you wish to take advantage of your GE one year warranty, information on that is available in your manual on page 27. Difficult to Use With no Detergent Tray

Makes it difficult to add liquid detergent without staining the clothes or remembering to add the detergent once the tub fills with enough water.

Got it home and it would not balance. I called Best Buy they sent a tech out and it was a bad drum. I am still waiting on delivery of new washer..we will see if it shows up tomorrow or if I have to argue and wait. No agitator to many different cycles will never use them.

There was a new replacement online but had to pay for it plus shipping

Another costly mistake

For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. Issues with washing pillows

There is excessive water and the machine does not spin and rinse. We tried 1 pillow and 1 small blanket to balance. The machine rocked very hard and did not spin. We tried to Drain and Spin, but it added water and never spun. Any thoughts?

I took pictures when it was still on the floor and it was delivered with a scratch on the side. The washer also smells when empty. We called but nobody has done anything about it or called us back. 1 star is really for the store and its dozen or so “managers”.

Awesome Budget Washer For The Money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I and my family brought this washer after having been without a washer for almost two months and is has so far been an awesome purchase! For someone on a budget this product works amazing and always leaves our clothes nice and clean! Love the old nostalgic look and function of having knobs and a push to start button! Also not really that loud if you're used to a machine that is not quite as a mouse when running. Only complaint would be that there's no clear self-clean option to wash the washer itself and this machine is not ideal if you are on the shorter side (below 5"2' this may not be the machine for you), but using a step stool mitigates this problem a lot. Would buy again!
