Great washer, just doesn’t have a place to add fabric softener.

It's nice its deep and can hold big loads of laundry the only thing I don't like is the big clanking noice it makes when the spin cycle is complete.

I've had this GE washing machine for almost 6 months. It ruined hundreds of dollars by putting little holes in clothes mainly shirts. Barely fills with water jjst gets clothes damp. Repairman changed circuit board and still damaging shirts. GE has always been my go to until now.

My wife loves this large capacity and ease of use.

Recently purchased and I don’t recommend. It’s loud, it violently shakes during spin cycles, does not remain in balance. Since day one it does not drain well, the final rinse has left items soaked. Finally had to call to have a replacement. Will update, if anything changes.

I love this washer it is efficient and very fast. I love the wash mode for jeans and sheets which is a life saver. Hoping to get the matching dryer to this sometime next year.

Didn't realize there wasnt a soap dispenser. .dont like having to pour the soap right in with the clothes

If I wash 2 small rugs the spin dry cycle works but the rugs are soaking wet. It vibrates so much that the washer moves out of place. It actually rocks back and forth and and I have to try to hold it in place. If I run the drain & spin cycle it adds water again before it drains & spins and the rugs are still soaking wet. I can't wash anything heavy like a small comforter or any blankets because it doesn't spin them dry. I don't know if it was improperly installed by Best Buy or if the washer is defective. The dryer works fine. The washer has been like this since day 1, I should have called when it was under warranty but I had life situations going on and wasn't able to call. Now I'm afraid to use the washer because the vibration may break the drain hose or loosen the cold/hot water hoses. I can't find a GE customer service number to discuss this with anyone, I have another GE washer and dryer in my Florida home (a different model) and they work just fine.

Great quality washing machine. I replaced a 20 year old front-loader with this model recently and I couldn't be happier. It works like a charm. I have run various sized loads with no issues whatsoever. As an aside, the guys from Best Buy who installed it were on-time, courteous, and informative about the product. Kudos.

Spin cycle is a problem if load becomes off-balanced. Washer attempts to adjust load by running another rinse cycle, and washer shuts down if adjustment is unsuccessful. You have to then attempt to manually rearrange the wet objects, a guess at best, and run the "drain and spin" cycle. Washer requires too much attention.

Whole new animal. Not your traditional washing machine.

It was a wonderful experience in the enteraction with the sales staff and the whole process of delivery and install. The washing machine is the best I’ve ever purchased Thank so much.

GE Washing Machine --- Bought 4 years ago and stopped working. Got a GE technician to come out and he said the machine was fine, but just needed a software update. I asked how the machine knew it needed an update and he said that that’s built in to the mainboard and is accessed through a computer cable that he plugged into the back of the washer: That’s a hefty charge for 5 minutes of work. I asked why GE doesn’t just make the update available to the consumer for download and save the cost of the service trip. He referred me to GE CUSTOMER SERVICE who was of NO HELP….. It seems that if you buy a GE appliance, you need to expect a useless and COSTLY service visit every few years….. This is the LAST GE appliance I will ever buy.

Terrible. Barely lasted two years. Tons of repairs and not worth it. Absolute rubbish.

My washer went out and needed a washer fast. Best Buy had it to me in 2 days. Great washer at a great price.

Washer made so much noise and movement when spinning I was afraid it’s going to fall apart after a week of using it. My dark clothes have always a ton of lints after washing them and too much wrinkles. You can’t pause the cycle midwash and add clothes unless you turn it off completely.

I bought this washer in 2019 with a 5 year warranty the 1st week I brought it home somebody needed to come and repair it. Fast forward 5 years later still come in to fix the washer they've been out here at least 12 times already. Now Geek Squad is trying to cancel my warranty because they said I've exceeded the amount of money to repair my washer But I still have 2 years left on it they said if I need to repair I have to pay out a pocket As many times if they've came out to fix it nobody wants to deem it a lemon I think I need a lawyer.
