I also love the UltraFresh Vent System as I don't need to worry about the moldy musty smell anymore. Great innovation.

HORRBILE MACHINE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is so loud, the door will lock and not open, blue rubber gets stuff stuck all the time and now smells a bit. We had GE out twice after that, and Best Buy 1x. Now it is not working. Best Buy diagnosed as drain pipe broke, then kept cancelling my appointment. Went to the store tried to get resolution told me call the center. I HAVE to call otherwise they do not. Another service tech came out said still not working its the control board. Waiting for appointment and again cancelled. Spent more hours on the phone for someone to finally tell me parts cancelled because part no longer available so FINALLY they will do an exchange. They told me I should hear from someone in less than 24 hours. Called because I never did and they said 24-48 hours. We are not past that point and I feel like I will never get a new one. Horrible machine, horrible communication and I have kids in sports and swimming with no where to wash. BEYOND disappointed in this whole process and the machine.

My last washer was 25 years old and still running - which I don't anticipate this one will do - but, the ease of use, choice of functions and smart technology are worth the update. These were rated well and read lots of reviews before purchasing. Best Buy provided great service.

Makes cool beeping noises!! Dose what it’s supposed to. Has a fancy app to let you know your laundry is done!! All I need now is the matching dryer.

We had a top load washer before getting this front load washer and it’s amazing how fast, efficient and quick it drains and spins. Recommend for anyone looking for a new washer.

My son goggle search the problem we bought the hammer eliminator and the problem was resolved. The hammer was due to my plumbing being somewhat older then the new wave washer technology. I love my GE washer and dryer!
