We received the absolute best service and shopping experience buying a front load washing machine from Matt in the Casper Wyoming store. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about all of the inventory, features and delivery options. I will ask for him specifically for our next appliance purchase!

I've had this washer for a little over a year. I feel the wash quality is inconsistent and that's even with regular cleaning cycles and always allowing it to vent. Sometimes the clothes don't get clean and smell mildewy. Thankfully, no leaking issues (knock on wood) like others have said. The weirdest thing is that occasionally the spin cycle will just leave the clothes soaking wet and heavy with excess water. I really try to be mindful of not overloading it so it can spin and drain properly. This happens without changing settings in between loads. For example, the first load of the day might come out well-drained and slightly damp, but the very next load (similar fabrics/weight) on the same spin setting will come out completely waterlogged. I have to either wash them again or rinse and spin because they are too wet to go into the dryer when this happens. I just don't understand it.

GE 4.8 works great very quite and lets me know when the load is done.

We had a 29-year old Kenmore and figured it was time. We debated top-load or front-load and ended up getting the 550 series washer and dryer. So far it has performed as expected. There's more than enough settings and fine-tuning controls. We wipe down the gasket after using and have had no mold issues. The app is decent.

We have only had this washer for about a month now but it has been great so far. We previous had another brand but had issues from day one. Definitely happy with our new purchase. Love the ultrvent feature.

Love this washing machine. My husband doesn’t mind doing the laundry now. The venting part is awesome, we have well water and because it vents it has kept things from turning yellow!!!!

This is replacing a Maytag front loader that got full of mold I could not get rid of. I am hopeful that this new technology and my new knowledge of how to care for a front loader will keep this one mold free. So far, I am very happy with the way it is cleaning the clothes. They are finally coming out smelling clean again which had not been the case for a while with the old washer. The only thing that is weird is the interface on the GE app. Although I have registered a front loader machine, all of the tips and videos are to get the most out of my top loader.

So far, so good! We love the Ultra Vent System, keeps the cloth smelling fresh. Let's hope it last's longer than my Samsung washer, only lasted 4yrs!!

We purchased this during the holidays in 2021, and cannot say how happy we have been with it! It is the absolute BEST washing machine that we have WVER owned, and there have been a lot. Best Buy had the best price, BY FAR, so we knew we were going to get this, and with the 5 year Geek Squad protection, we knew that we didn’t have to worry about any problems for the next SIX YEARS. THATS because Geek Squad’s protection plan doesn’t start until after the manufacture’s warranty expires.

Great washing machine. Very large and much quieter than my old Maytag front loader. Wilbur and his crew who Best Buy uses to deliver and install were great and very nice.

This washer is quiet and fast. It washes faster than my LG washer. Able to hold large loads without off balance issues. Also no moldy smells with the new venting system.

So far so good. It looks great for its price. I'm buying it for other rentals too

We needed stackable appliances and decided to go with this one for its capacity. It looks great in whites and allows us to load comfort and larger items.

Love my new GE, front load, washing machine. Even stubborn stains are gone on the white laundry. And the fresh vent system keeps everything smelling clean.

This is the most high tech washer I've ever had or used. I thought it was going to be difficult to work but it was so simple and having the app on my phone to see when the cycle is complete is so amazing.
