Had it less than 2 years. Repair technician couldn't fix it. I bought the second one, and now this one that I've had for only 1 1/2 years quit working. At first the door wouldn't open and now the washer won't even start. There's something terribly wrong with the computer.

This Best Buy store is well stocked with a variety of models for us to choose from. Corey Maldinado was our sales representative. He was professional & knowledgeable of the products, helpful and friendly when we had subsequent requests. We would like to recommend this Best Buy store 100%.

There are plenty of settings for different load types. I really appreciate the Ultra fresh vent system! My previous front loader used to get mildew is clean and dryed and smell, in spite of leaving the door open for at least 24 hours after completing a load. I have had this washer for a month and it is clean and dry because of the venting system. Best washer I have ever owned. I would recommend.

You can hardly hear it even while spinning at full speed. Love all the washing modes, but button sounds are often hard to hear.
