Love the GE washer but the Ultra Fresh Venting is a joke. It does nothing to help drain the excess water that causes the smell everyone hates. I found lots of excess water hiding in the soap dispenser area. Take out the dispenser, empty, dry the compartment.. extra water gone. Great washer though.

Love the venting option. No water remains in the tub. Does great job of making my clothes smell fresh. It is a tad smaller tub. But not by much.

Nice machine, not as complicated to use as it can appear. Just read the manual. Great for us techies and those in my home who like it simple.

Chime which comes on to indicate washing is through is barely auditable unless standing next to machine. The vent feature is somewhat hard to understand, for example, do you do it after every load, at the end of loads for the day, once a week, etc. If instead, one wishes to simple leave the door open some, is that also okay, since the vent system seems to take a long, long time to complete its cycle.

My first ever big appliance purchase as an adult. I love the design of these washer and dryer. I also went through the reviews in choosing and this had a lot of great feedback. So far I am satisfied. It does the job and laundry comes out clean!

Ordered, scheduled delivery/install, delivered on time, installed, and works very well. Manual stated you're able to fully fill the washer "loosely packed." I gave it a try and it worked very well. Self-balancing during spin cycle is great- old washing machine shook our whole house, this one shakes mildly for a 10-15 seconds, then settles down. Very pleased with this washing machine so far.

I have had this washing machine for 3 weeks and I am happy. My clothes are clean. I can wash large loads.

Big load capacity. The WiFi feature is great. It lets us know when the wash is 5 minutes until finished and when it is completed.

This machine replaced a very noisy old Maytag. We picked it because of the slight increase in capacity. It works well, isn't too noisy and the countdown closk is accurate. The wifi integration is middling. I do get announcements from Alexa when the wash is done. We don't use the venting system, preferring to leave the door open to dry. Overall, I'd recommend it. As an aside, the Best Buy install service for $29 was well worth it.
