The GE washer is a great upgrade from our last washer. The front door gasket is much improved. Fast, efficient and easy to operate from a not-too-complicated technology standpoint. And it looks very stylish as well.

Would have given 5 stars, but I'm not sure about the venting system. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

I would recommend this product. We previously had a G.E. front Load Washer for 12 years and wanted the same quality. Item was as described with plus improvements from the previous 12 year old unit we had.

Great product and the price was lower that Hone Depot or Lowe’s. Delivery was quick and efficient.

We have owned this washer for 22 months and it has started leaking. We will get it fixed but for what this costs it should last twice that long before any repair is needed. This is the typical overpriced throw away junk you get in most appliances now days. The washer was fine till the leak started so that is why i gave it two stars...otherwise it would have been one.

Great so far! It is a pleasure to do laundry. Best washing machine I ever had. Would recommend.

After 14 month from running really good, it stopped draing and now, because it passed the 1 year warranty i will have to pay to fix it.

Worst washer I’ve ever had water is always moldy it always turns off a don’t run full cycle leaving clothes wet a dirty. When you pull the drain on bottom it’s laws got minimum a gallon or 2 of nasty water that goes everywhere about a yr old an already quit workin

Perfect condition for open box item. Saved a lot by purchasing open boxed item. Bought washer and dryer. Love it!!

Delivery and set up were great. The washer control board however went out in less than 2 years and total repairs will be over 500. Get a warranty if buying this GE washer as they break down fast.

This is hands down the best washer I've ever had. It dows a full load of laundry in qbout 20 minutes and everything is super clean. I cant say enough good things

Only one month in but I'm loving my washer in my new home! I've already recommended this product to 3 coworkers in need of a replacement. I do wish there were more control features on the app. It seems to only allow monitoring. Nevertheless, great product!

Great laundry capacity but noisy when water is filling.

Have not purchased GE products for a very long time. Was very pleasantly surprised of the quality. However I am only shy of four weeks of use on the two new units washer and dryer. At this point however everything seems to be working perfectly.

We bought this as an open box item at a Brest Buy Outlet. We've had it for a year now with no problems.

We purchased the washer and dryer less than 2 years ago in Sept. 2020. The dryer is fine but we've had issues with the washer. A few times the clothes have been too wet after a completed cycle. Since there is not a spin only button, we have to re-rinse(wasting more water) then spin. The most recent was today when it kept cutting off/loosing power less than 30 secs into any cycle. Then the screen went black except for the mins and it was making a noise as if it was still running but we opened the door and it was not however, the noise continued even with the door open. Unplugged it several times but still didn't work. Finally unplugged for about 5 mins, plugged back in-and nothing, came back 5-10 minutes later and able to power on. The cycle is running now so hopefully it will complete. This washer cost too much and from what I thought a good company to have these problems less than 2 years from purchase.

Feeling like am adult right now as this is the first new purchase of a washer/dryer that I've made. I did some research and GE is the way to go for front loaders.

This washer is ok. I wish I would have done more research on this particular unit. For the same price at another local appliance store I could have gotten this washer with more features for the same price. By more features I mean, steam wash and the detergent filler spot which allows you to pot a bottle of detergent in and not have to add detergent to wash load. The washer does wash the majority of my laundry, I have 4 kids. I do find the unit overall is much louder than my previous washer as well. I would not purchase this washer again.
