So far so good. Delivery and installation went well and a month of using the washer with no problems or concerns. No regrets, so far.

Nice machine. Easy to use. A little noisy. My wife doesn’t like how low it is.

I’m pretty satisfied. It’s still too early to tell if there are any issues but so far it’s meeting all my washing needs.

The washer is great. We would have looked elsewhere if we were told that delivery would take 5 weeks. On the floor should indicate in stock.

GE products are awful just avoid them ive had several including a GE cafe fridge be deemed “ non fixable” within a year of owning and this is another failed product including a GE profile dishwasher and now this our washing machine. DONT BUY GE products they are truly awful and un reliable. Eveb with total tech we have to wait 5 days without a washing machine and hope this part they are coming with will fix the problem. What a hassel for a near brand new machine.

Great washer! I’d recommend the pedestals if you have the room. I love the rubber gasket. They are loud though, so be mindful for late washes. The best option is the control by app! Set it for a delay wash and monitor it from work!! Awesome!

This washer delivers exactly as advertised. We love that we can add additional water to loads that are bulky and not dense. The venting option is nice but we often forget to use it. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Purchased this Front Load Washer along with matching Front Load Dryer. The washer started leaking about 5 weeks after install. It took several weeks to have a service technician out. Then he had to order replacement parts. Now it will take several more weeks to have him out again to fix with the new parts. ------------ Bottom line: I have a brand new washer that leaks and two months after contacting them about the leak I still have a brand new washer that leaks. ------------ Customer service is wretched. I tried to escalate the issue but was placed on hold for over an hour and a half. Finally, just hung up. Note: I have had Whirlpool prior to this and was always happy. The only reason I switched to GE was their UltraVent system. By the time I need a washer in the future, I'm sure Whirlpool will have a self-dry system and I will happily return to them.

The washing machine works very good. Gets clothes sparkling clean. The drum size is big enough to handle a bedspread and a comforter with room to spare

I can stop using it, my clothe smells great all the time and I am saving so much in my electricity bill. I love it.

Well this week my washer decided not to drain the water, so now I have to wait until Dec 28 for someone to come and look at it. Good thing I bought the warranty, if not I would have to buy a new one, which I don't have the $$ for as of now

Nice size and easy to use with many adjustable washing options. Venting system to prevent mold build up a plus.

Great washer! Love the wifi feature that lets me know when my laundry is done! I like this has a compartment for prewash detergent as well the regular detergent, bleach and fabric softener.

Great washer. Syncs to GE app. Love the ultra fresh vent system. Can keep door closed when not in use.
