Instead of them taking the damaged product back with them they left it in the middle of my living room. When I called Best Buy they first said they would come pick up the damaged washer on November 15th and deliver the new one, today is November 26 and I still have not received the replacement washer and the damaged one is still at my house. Hoping the new one hers delivered tomorrow. I have wasted so much of my personal work time and personal time on this and it’s very frustrating.
