What a piece of JUNK! Do not waste your money on this! It won't get your clothes clean. I've had 2 repairmen out her and the only solution was "just wash half loads". What?! I bought the huge washer so I could wash large loads! Apparently EPA regulations won't allow enough water in the tub for the clothes to wash. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK.

On first impression, I was in love! The venting isn’t as life changing as I was expecting but it’s cool. Now, TWICE this washer has left my clothes DRIPPING wet despite the spin speed. Once was a larger load of clothes than were literally dripping, and the other was a small load of one bath mat. Dripping wet. The clothes smelled awful (like rot or urine), but the bath mat was fine. I’m not sure why twice now the washer hasn’t completely spun my clothes dry or drained enough to put the clothes in the washer. For the bath mat, I had to set it on spin 3 extra times to get it dry enough for the dryer.

Posted .Hi Busymom, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. If the clothes seem too wet after the wash cycle is complete, the following are possible causes: 1. A "slow spin" may have been selected. A slow spin will eliminate less water than a fast spin. 2. Cold water can make clothes feel more wet. If this is not the case, service may be required. 3. Oversudsing from too much detergent may slow down the final spin cycle, causing a suds lock. - Lower than normal spin speed/wet clothes: this occurs as a result of oversudsing. The use of HE detergent will decrease the chance of suds lock; use HE detergent only and be sure to use the recommended measured amount. You can run a drain/spin cycle to remove the excess water in the clothes. - For the clothing odor, we'd recommend checking your washer's drain hose to make sure it's installed properly and to use High Efficiency (HE) detergent in your washer. Broke to the point we lost an entire load of clothes which remained locked inside this machine and after a month of attempted repairs, I was forced to buy a new washer.
