My old Samsung large stackable was quiet as a mouse. Not these. My water lines knock when calling for water. Stay away from this set. I would call for service but I know they can’t fix it. Not because it can’t be fix, lack of knowledge

Posted .If you hear a banging or rattling noise from the inlet pipes as the washer stops filling, this is likely due to water hammer. Water hammer is a problem with the household plumbing and its water pressure. As the washer's water valve closes, the force of water in the pipes can cause the pipes to rattle. Poorly Trained Best Buy Install Tea.

They don't know how to follow the install instructions in the owner's manual. We had to have a plumber come to fix their screwup which was letting Methan Gas Leak into the house. Best Buy showed no urgency in fixing this install screwup. We escalated to Best Buy & BBB.
