    Purchased this washer and had installed by bestbuy—washer made loud banging noise during spin cycle—called and they brought out a new one—that one bangs just as loud—very disappointed

    Can’t review it still don’t have it yet still waiting for it to be delivered. Now last rescheduled to 12-27-23. Who knows when we will ever get it. If I knew it would be this long I wouldn’t have bought them

    Purchase this washer/dryer set and it was delivered yesterday 7/1/2021. Service guy was showing us how to use the washer and dryer set. He turned on the washer and started the dryer. The washer instantly tripped the breaker and one of the dryer buttons wouldn’t work. We did the exchange the next day with no issues.

    Beautiful looking washer. But with the first wash, water started pouring out the bottom of the washer flooding my laundry room and the basement below. Going to call for a repair on Monday. What the heck!?!?

    We were advised to keep the orignal LG Washer and dryer. The GE woulld not fit in and let laundry room door open. I cannot review the GE product because we kept the original LG washer and dryer. Waiting to have our credit given ..thid was not the best experience overall.

    Horrible vibrations to the point the machine you can feel it in the next room! I will try a few more liads but this is way to much money for this poor quality machine! NEVER! EVER! WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE

    did not realize how huge this unit was. It would not even fit in my space. Had to return it. Best Buy delivery though was wonderful and they took it back not problem at all.

    It sounds like a jet engine is taking off. The features are nice, I bought it specifically because the doors could be reversed and my water hookup is on the left. It was the only washer choice. But, I'm not sure it's worth the deafening sound.

    Stopped working after 1 cycle. No longer completes a spin cycle. All clothes are washed but left soaking wet.
