Excellent washer. Love the large capacity. Very quite compared to what I had. Only issue is I cannot get the WIFI to work. QR codes provided don't work.

Love these! I have had no issues with them and my clothes have never looked better.

I love my dryer. It drives my clothes fast and I also love the features. The Smart features I have not access yet, but I will and curious about how they work.

Biggest scam... I bought this thinking it will last long considering its modern and "you get what you pay for" type deal.. hasnt been two years yet and it already failed and I took exceptional care of it because i wanted to last a long time.. I made triple sure there is no more warranty so i opened it to an extent where a warranty wouldnt void.. i opened up the bottom to check the pump for my specific issue and everything else i can check within reach it all seemed brand new and fine.. put it back so my educated guess is the digital/computer part of this washer is failing.. something that is NOT within my reach when it comes to taking care of... i truly believe this is something that is worthy of being recalled but ive called manufacture and bestbuy numourous times and no one can help me just because its been over 1 year... Best buy charges JUST for a diagnostics plus they gave me an estimate MINIMUM of how much repairs would be I rather not say how much because id ont want my review to be removed but i rather by a new washer.. DO NOT BUY i did the best i can to maintain clean... maybe a review will finally get best buy to help me.. theyre a HUGE company .. helping me wont break their bank

I buy a washing machine and a dryer of this brand and so far everything is fine, I trust that they will last many years, my mom has her appliances of this brand and they have lasted many years. So I think it was definitely a good purchase. And the deal in the store was very good and quick, they explained everything to me and they were very kind. I recommend that you come here for yours.

I have been an appliance repairman for 32 years and have worked on many appliances over the years and when it came time to replace to the laundry pair I had for 15 years I picked this washer and matching dryer.I know the machines and the GE brand.

After our LG took a dump, I started searcing around for a high quality front loader. The sales person at home depot swore up and down about this washer actually, saying it was the best all around on the market and had a vent feature. My girlfriend found a display model at our local best buy and the rest is history! After a hiccup with our comforter as the first load, its been smooth sailing and cleans way better than our last sad case of an LG. It wrings out heavy loads wayyyyy better!!

The drying feature to keep the mold out works great.

So far so good with my new washer. It's nice and quiet. I love having so many different settings available for just the right wash. The ultra fresh vent system leaves the washer without the musty smell so many front loaders have.

We were really sad when our previous washer and dryer went out. But we chose these and they are fantastic! Easy to use. Work really well. All settings seem to be effective and efficient. They sit a little low so I do recommend a pedestal.

I like that it's very efficient and does a great job.

Love the vent and wifi features. Spins slow on factory settings, i would recommend using the my settings to max the spin speed. Dont overload the machine either, wont spin. also, I would suggest checking w the store not the online or phone help line prior to your delivery date, they are not helpful and dont really know whats going on. I was quite a hassle and unnecessary delay. Didnt have our hoses in stock , didnt inform us and waited all day for it noy tto show up, But they did upgrade to the stainless hoses for free and discounted the washer and dryer at the store. In-store shopping is recommended vs bestbuy.com

First time with a front loader, will never go back to top loader again! Our clothes feel and smell so much cleaner!! Easy set up, easy to operate... and I can start it when away from home. Highly recommend this washer!!

I purchased it out of box - price, service and delivery was excellent. Shortly after, our dryer quit working so I returned this washer for a new set of another brand. The GE had more options one of which was the Fresh Vent System. I wish I had kept the GE.

Great washer… love the options especially for more water as these high efficiency appliances are so conservative. I feel it’s getting clothes clean. And the new venting option is great.

I am very pleased at how much you are able to wash in this machine and how easy it is to use. It has many options, I do not always know which is best to use however. The cycle time is also not very long for most usual loads.

Love this washer. I had the exact same washer in 2021. I moved and the movers dropped it 4 times and I saw continuous problems after it had been damaged significantly but it continued to work. I finally bought a new one Black Friday. The same but like new again. Very reliable. Never any problems with mold or the door. Nice upgrade that they took off the auto dispenser because I never used it anyway in the first washer

This washer has been leaking from the gasket since we bouth a fewonths ago. I have had two technicians from GE out to look at the problem. The first time the tech came out we did not know where the leak was coming from. The second time i had video of the leak from the door gasket and showed it to the tech ...he told me it was normal and we should not do laundry when not home just to be safe. How is this not a defect? I can guarantee GE will never be purchaed again by me or my family. Go with LG or Samsung....never had a problem with leaking using those.
