This is a great washer. We had a top load washer before getting this front load washer and it’s amazing how fast, efficient and quick it drains and spins. Recommend for anyone looking for a new washer.

Wait this washes cloths??? Where have you been all my life!!!! Makes cool beeping noises!! Dose what it’s supposed to. Has a fancy app to let you know your laundry is done!! All I need now is the matching dryer.

May not have the fancy features of the more expensive models, but it cleans just as well. Large capacity, good cleaning and it will let you know when it's done. Just remember to measure for it. It'a on the larger side.

Had for almost a year. Great machine. No issues. Gets clothes so much cleaner than my top loader did. No bad smells.

My washer lasted 2 1/2 years. Started getting door error code and now being told it is mother board issue. Repairs were quoted at $780. Might as well buy a new one and I am stuck bc we have to have stackable and dryer still works

Works great. Reason we decided to go with this model is because of the automatic venting feature. The app makes it easier to use since it reminds you when the cycle is done.

Love the different settings with this washer. Very efficient washer. Clothes come out clean. Decided to stack them and space efficient for space that I currently have.

My purchase was seamless! My deliver that was scheduled for 12/27/25 not so much… I received confirmation for delivery at 6:00a.m with text alerts my window was between 3 and 7 with confirmation of delivery at 3:44 by Eric… I was supposed to get up dates with any changes… I didn’t hear anything.. called customer service ended the call at 6:33 p.m with empty promises that management would get back to me within an hour… never heard from anyone… disconnected my old washer as instructed to do so… and still did not receive my new washer they told me delivery would now be Jan 3rd 2026 I am furious

Great appliance so far. My last washer was 25 years old and still running - which I don't anticipate this one will do - but, the ease of use, choice of functions and smart technology are worth the update. These were rated well and read lots of reviews before purchasing. Best Buy provided great service.

First time having a front load washer. So far it’s cleaned my clothes much better and it also smells much better with less amount of detergent I used to use.

Context: We've only had this for a month. We already love the UltraFresh Vent technology. That was the primary motivation for going with this brand and series. By getting this, the simplest model in the series, which saved hundreds of dollars by foregoing features that we do not value. We LOVE the alerts on our phones and watches telling us when cycles are almost done, done, and have been waiting for a 1/2 hour or more. I suspect other 2023 brands might include that too, but it is SO helpful. Everyone wants a review during the "honeymoon" phase, but so far, so good. That said, these have a good reputation for holding up over time.

Only reason I didn’t do five stars is because it still smells just like any other front loader. the washer itself works great.

We love it, it’s our very first new one and couldn’t have picked a better one.
