This is a great washer. We had a top load washer before getting this front load washer and it’s amazing how fast, efficient and quick it drains and spins. Recommend for anyone looking for a new washer.

Bought this washer and it has being working great, so quite I can go to sleep and even hear it, love that I can put a timer. I don’t regret buying this washer…

Bought this washer just over a year ago. Q year and 3 days after purchase, they door lock mechanism faolsd and i had laundry stuck in there for 3 days. Finally rwcieved and installed the new lcok. A week later it started doing it again. Switch the swing on the door since it was a different set of wires and all was fine for about 3 weeks. Now the motherboard is bad. Spent $1000 for a paperweight and now am having to purchase a new set less than a year and a half later. Absolutely terrible!

Great appliance so far. My last washer was 25 years old and still running - which I don't anticipate this one will do - but, the ease of use, choice of functions and smart technology are worth the update. These were rated well and read lots of reviews before purchasing. Best Buy provided great service.

Works great. Reason we decided to go with this model is because of the automatic venting feature. The app makes it easier to use since it reminds you when the cycle is done.

We had to return it after a few washes because it vibrated really bad and was very noisy. The new one is a little better but not a lot.

Love the different settings with this washer. Very efficient washer. Clothes come out clean. Decided to stack them and space efficient for space that I currently have.

Had for almost a year. Great machine. No issues. Gets clothes so much cleaner than my top loader did. No bad smells.

First time having a front load washer. So far it’s cleaned my clothes much better and it also smells much better with less amount of detergent I used to use.

Went 7 weeks with no washing machine. This new washer is wonderful! Very efficient and the laundry is so fresh and clean! Love trying out all the new options available.

Context: We've only had this for a month. We already love the UltraFresh Vent technology. That was the primary motivation for going with this brand and series. By getting this, the simplest model in the series, which saved hundreds of dollars by foregoing features that we do not value. We LOVE the alerts on our phones and watches telling us when cycles are almost done, done, and have been waiting for a 1/2 hour or more. I suspect other 2023 brands might include that too, but it is SO helpful. Everyone wants a review during the "honeymoon" phase, but so far, so good. That said, these have a good reputation for holding up over time.

1st I would like to acknowledge my sales advisor in helping select this appliance; his knowledge and patience were invaluable. The washer has so far been exceptional. Easy to operate and the clothes are very clean! The washer is also very quiet, this was an unexpected bonus.

Only reason I didn’t do five stars is because it still smells just like any other front loader. the washer itself works great.

Does an excellent job cleaning our clothes, bedding, and towels! Highly recommend! Like its ability to be linked to internet to be monitored on my phone.

Upgraded my old machine after it gave out. Its quiet and havent had any issues with it at all

This washing machine has had to be repaired three times within the first year. Mother board replaced, motor replacement, and it's broken again. We're waiting for another technician to come out, AGAIN. Every time I call for service it takes a week or two to come put & another 1-3 weeks to get the part in. We've spent over $1,000 at our local laundromat; where I've met a nice group of gals,but id rather be doing my laundry at home and saving the time and money. I could have bouth a new washer by now. All this expense in less than ONE year, plus I even paid for the extended warranty. These companies should be ashamed selling JUNK like this.

Sleek and sexy looking machine. Perfect fit in a smaller space. Love the wi-fi connection and the notices when the load is complete. Also lets you know how much electricity was used.

Great price compared to the other brands, the ultra fresh feature really works, we can’t believe how quiet it is... and the wi-fi capabilities are a great way to stay on schedule.
